Casualty Claims Adjuster – London – Up To £50k – Plus Excellent Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arising for a Casualty Claims Adjuster to join a well established company in London. You will be handling a high volume of Clinical Negligence claims within an appropriate timescales and to high standards.

Duties
• Data entry
• Data management
• Updating the policyholders
• Complaint Handling
• Process new clinical negligence claims using client specific systems.
• Dealing with a number of enquiries via telephone, email and written communication.
• To produce reports
• Prepare client billings
• Assisting with business development and client relationships
• Building client relationships
• Assisting the team in implementing procedures to enhance processes.

The ideal candidate will also have a good standard of written English, numeracy skills, computer literate. You will also need to have experience within a Personal Injury Loss Adjusting or Legal or Clinical Negligence role.
