Delegated Authority Asst Manager (Household) – Middlesex – 12 Month Contract - £28k
An excellent opportunity has come up for a Delegated Authority Assistant Manger to join a well established company based in Middlesex. Dealing with 80% household claims as well as travel, you will be managing the teams work load, and become a technical referral point for members of the team. You will be responsible for staff development, producing MI for insurers and cementing the relationships already in place with loss adjusters.
We are seeking someone with:
• Experience in claims.
• Experience of training, coaching and mentoring others
• Technical knowledge to be a referral point for home insurance claims. Knowledge of travel and PA also an advantage
• Ability to prioritise and manage own and team's workload
• Ability to assist in developing team performance and driving process & quality improvements within the team
• Experience of complaints handling and resolution
• Professional qualifications a distinct advantage
• Experience of delegated authority arrangements and Management Information reporting a distinct advantage

• Confident, enthusiastic communicator both written and verbal, with strong customer service values
• Someone who can demonstrate their ability to work under pressure in a varied environment
• Flexible approach and willing to learn
• Agile thinker, able to make decisions quickly and confidently
