Commercial Claims Technician (Motor) – £25k – Middlesex – 12 Month Contract

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Claims Technician to join a well establish company in Middlesex, We are currently looking for someone with the following characteristics

As well as the attributes above, we need someone with experience in claims negotiation within a broking or insurer environment and an understanding of:

• Motor vehicle, motor trade (road risk) covers and claims processes
• Credit hire and ULR procedures
• Negotiating with and challenging Insurers' decisions including Third Party Claims and/or recoveries as applicable

We would expect the individual to:

• Take ownership of the claims process from start to finish
• Liaise with insurers and also effectively work with and keep informed our Account Execs and Account Managers
• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed and manage expectations
• Provide administrative support to team/managers
• Produce, collate and analyse data and help produce claims reports
