About the Role

We are looking for someone who loves working with children with a diverse range needs including challenging behaviour to join our inclusion team at Chyngton

You will work in one or more classes with children who have differing needs with a focus on building their independence, motivation and capacity to learn enabling them to make progress within their classroom environment.

We are looking for someone who is: - Passionate to achieve good outcomes for vulnerable children - Flexible in order to work where the need is greatest - Able to take the intiative to implement support strategies within the classroom - Patient, tolerant and kind - A calm, resilient and caring role model

This role can be flexible to accommodate your working patterns but ideally we are looking for between 3 - 5 days (equivalent) per week

This post is covered by the Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2009.

The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person who is disqualified under the 2009 Regulations in connection with relevant childcare provision. Accordingly, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate to the school, by completing a self-declaration form as part of the pre-employment checks process, that they have not been disqualified under the 2009 Regulations.

If the preferred candidate is found to be disqualified under the 2009 Regulations, the offer of employment will be subject to the application by the preferred candidate to Ofsted for a waiver and the receipt of a waiver from Ofsted.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
