Herstmonceux Church of England Primary School is a happy and successful one form entry rural primary school. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated School Business Manager to work as part of our senior leadership team in our delightful school. We are looking for someone to lead and manage the finance, premises, personnel, health and safety and administrative aspects of the school, so that the other senior leaders can focus on teaching and learning. You will be a key member of the school leadership team. This is an ideal career opportunity for someone who has proven skills, knowledge and understanding in the following areas: - Educational financial management systems and procedures. - Personnel management - Estate management - Health and safety procedures and protocols - Whole school administration

A strong background in finance and administration is essential and ideally the post holder will have a recognised School Business Management qualification and experience in a school setting.

Working pattern: Term-time, plus one week non-term time. Any additional time by prior agreement with the Executive Headteacher or Head of School
