Court Lane Junior School is a popular four form entry school on a shared site with its partner Infant School. We are seeking a strong and dynamic leader able to build on the collaboration with the infant school to further develop a dynamic, supportive and creative learning community for staff, children and parents.

We are seeking a very special individual who will relish the opportunity to develop a new model of architect leadership building on the foundations already laid.

Court Lane Junior School is located in the Cosham area of Portsmouth. It attracts pupils from a large and diverse catchment area and is regularly over-subscribed. If you believe that you can make a real and lasting difference to pupils’ primary experience, this is the role for you.
