A progressive and award winning chartered accountancy firm with several offices across Sussex are looking to strengthen their Corporate Finance team based at their office in Crawley, West Sussex.

Ideally you'll have experience within the corporate finance service line or perhaps you are driven and committed to change tack from audit for example and pursue a career in corporate finance.

A full job description is available for all shortlisted candidates with selected duties to include:

• Assisting with valuation work and drafting associated reports
• Undertaking forensic accounting work and drafting of expert witness reports
• Leading the onsite work in connection with diligence exercises conducting research on potential purchases

About You

• Ideally ACCA, ACA or CF qualified
• Experienced within corporate finance or be focused to succeed in this area having moved from another service offering
• Currently work for a leading chartered accountancy firm or possibly within a mergers & acquisitions advisory firm / boutique
• A confident and established networker, you'll play a key role in the continuing development of the corporate finance service line through networking as well as cross selling to existing clients
