Are you an experienced Administration Manager ready for a promising new challenge?

My client has a newly created opportunity to join their business in a pivotal role for the team. This new position includes management of 2 staff, namely an Administrator and Coordinator. You would have the opportunity to really make your mark on the position and provide these 2 individuals with clear direction and instruction.

This person will oversee all day to day administration activities in a very compliance driven environment. Attention to detail and accuracy is key. You will be using various systems and processing significant amounts of information, so individuals need to be comfortable under pressure and with IT. In addition, my client will be looking for this person to streamline processes and make improvements, so prior evidence of having done so in other roles would be a big plus. Furthermore, the ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams is pivotal here so candidates need to have excellent interpersonal skills and professional confidence.
