Entertaining & Hospitality Content Marketing Executive

With the ever-growing success of our Entertaining and Hospitality (E&H) businesses, we are looking for a Content Marketing Executive to join our hard-working, enthusiastic and friendly team, based at the iconic Goodwood House.
You'll support an exciting mix of businesses including; the 91-bedroom Goodwood Hotel, our award-winning sustainable restaurant, the Goodwood Health Club and Spa, Goodwood Home Farm and Farm shop, and the Aerodrome and Motor Circuit cafes.
You’ll be responsible for delivering integrated content marketing campaigns, as well as planning, analysis and reporting of marketing activity across our hospitality businesses.
Key accountabilities
- Creating and delivering content plans across multiple owned channels (social, website, email)
- Ensuring campaigns are seen by the right audience; understanding and application of audience segmentation, targeting and positioning essential
- Campaign reporting – an analytical approach is key, your decisions will be driven by data
- Thinking innovatively to develop and implement interesting social media content strategies and put forward new ideas to increase customer engagement, promote brand advocacy and ultimately drive growth
- Building and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders across the business to produce engaging content in line with commercial objectives
- Creation of marketing assets both digital and print
What you’ll need:
- A super-creative approach backed by demonstrable analytical skills
- Experience of standard Microsoft Office packages; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding and experience with social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Clear copywriting skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a close-knit team
- Excellent verbal, presentation and listening skills
- Organised and forward thinking, with the ability to work autonomously
- Capable of handling multiple projects (often under pressure) - experience working on multiple brands at the same time advantageous
- Previous experience of working in a content marketing role within the hospitality environment preferable but not essential
- Marketing, Social Media or Digital Marketing qualification, undergraduate study or work experience
