A Receptionist / Service Advisor is required by a busy car repair workshop in the Kings Langley area. This is for an immediate start, for a minimum of 6 months with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. All system training will be provided. You must have previous service speak i.e. understand what to ask the customer regarding servicing and repairs of their vehicle. Good databse CRM experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
Able to work Mon -Fri 08:30 to 18:00 with hour for lunch or 08:30 to 17:30 - half hour for lunch
What will the Service Advisor be doing?
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Liaising with customers
• Booking vehicles in and out
• Creating job sheets
• General admin duties
• Creating invoices
• Ordering office supplies / car parts
• Responsible for daily filing (service repair orders, parts tickets, car files etc)
• Handle customer payments (cash, cheques, and credit card payments) and document on orders
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times
• Attend to customers with a clear, friendly voice and always in a professional demeanor
• Keep customer areas tidy
• Other adhoc duties as required
