ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting new opportunity for a part time Caretaker to join our team in Bloomsbury, in the heart of London, playing a pivotal role in the day-to-day care and maintenance of the property.

The successful candidate will work with our Building Maintenance team to undertake minor internal decorating, carpentry / joinery, plumbing and electrical work and general repairs. 

WHAT YOU CAN OFFER US 

Successful candidates will need significant and relevant experience in minor internal decorating, carpentry/joinery, plumbing and electrical work and general repairs.  You must be professional and a confident communicator and able to work effectively on your own.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
  

• Contract:  Permanent / Part Time
• Salary:  £14,560.00 per annum (FTE £28,392)
• Hours:  20 hours per week, 5 days per week, 4 hours per day, primarily straight shifts, Monday to Friday (0.51 Full Time Equivalent).
• Holidays:  17 days per annum (FTE 33 days) inclusive of Bank Holidays.
