Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming and dynamic environment? We are looking for a Student Welcome Officer to join our team at West Dean. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for students, tutors, and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome.

About the Role

As a Student Welcome Officer, you will:

• Greet and register students, tutors, and visitors, assisting with room allocations and general enquiries.

• Answer telephone and email queries, providing accurate information and promoting courses where appropriate.

• Manage student arrivals and departures, including arranging transport.

• Support with administrative tasks, including payments, lost property, and room bookings.

• Assist with fire safety procedures, including evacuation support and incident recording.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:
A friendly and professional approach to customer service.
The ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.
Strong administrative and IT skills (Office 365 and booking systems).
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, education, or visitor attractions.
