A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our exceptional Motorsport Event Operations team who are responsible for planning and delivering our headline motorsport events; Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival & Members’ Meeting.

We are looking for a passionate, driven Senior Event Planner to join a team that thrives on creativity and precision. You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering unforgettable experiences on our stunning greenfield sites, working across everything from temporary structures and interior fit-outs to plumbing, carpentry, and set dressing.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the planning and delivery of key infrastructure elements across our headline events

• Overseeing operational, logistical, and budgetary responsibilities with confidence and flair

• Becoming a technical expert in your assigned areas, ensuring every detail is spot-on

• Supporting Event Managers in driving sustainable growth and world-class execution

• Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to bring bold ideas to life

• Championing customer experience at every stage of the event journey
