Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Hotel Maintenance Team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our buildings and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, supporting exceptional guest experiences across the Goodwood Hotel, The Kennels, and Hound Lodge.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing rotas, allocating tasks, and ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements. Working closely with internal teams and external contractors, you’ll help coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a calm, professional approach. You’ll need your own transport due to our rural location, and flexibility to support key events and festivals across the estate.
