ERP Technical Support Analyst (Epicor)

An ERP Technical Support Analyst is required by this group to provide application technical support for the development, enhancement, customization and maintenance of ERP System for the division. The ERP Technical Support Analyst will take ownership of user problems, develop reports/dashboards for end users to facilitate data analysis, assist with documentation, support users with ERP installation and optimisation, monitor performance of programs after implementation.

The ERP Technical Support Analyst will have:
? Degree in IT (or similar) or MCP or equivalent.
? Experience in implementing / supporting mid-size ERP systems.
? Knowledge of Epicor 9 would be a big advantage but experience of supporting any similar ERP system will be considered as full training will be provided.
? Knowledge of Business processes and functions
? Competency in SQL scripting, Crystal Reports, programming, analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and address technical issues.
? Willingness to travel as there will be significant travel to sites within UK especially in the initial period and may involve overnight stay.
